Objective
Create an identity, logo, brand and design for a canned coffee that was unique not only in design but also positioning with a brand personality that was bold, witty and anything from the ordinary.

Approach
Coffee enthusiasts take their coffee seriously so I wanted to play off of the idea of this beverage being so good it would create a cult-like following.  With flavors that are more adventurous and non-traditional, the goal was to create a design system that was cohesive while still easily distinguishing the flavors.

Merchandise
What sets Cult Coffee apart from other brands is it's visual identity & mesasging so instead of using just the logo on all of the merch, I wanted to create designs that were a bit ambiguous & eye-catching so to draw someone in by their curiosity.  The merch was inspired by fun, daring copywriting and occult themed illustrations that evoke & emphasize Cult Coffee's brand personality.
